At NexusEchelon, we stand behind the quality of our RFID-blocking wallets and everyday carry gear. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

✅ 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your wallet in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Looking to swap for a different color or style? No problem!

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Contact our support team to begin the process

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@nexusechelon.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Wallets showing signs of wear or damage

  • Used items

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

  • Final sale or clearance items

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We're here to fix it — fast.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
